Arguments on Repeat
You’ve tried everything you know to try.
So you steer around certain topics to avoid the conflict.
By now you’re at a loss for what to do and where to turn.
You’re not sure you want out, and you’re not sure you want to stay.
You Need Resolution
Hurt never gets all the way resolved. So old conflicts ruin the present situation.
You feel a mix of disappointment and resentment. The relationship becomes a place of pretense.
The Struggle Is Lonely
Defensiveness and loneliness fill the space between you and your partner. The distance between you feels like too much to figure out.
You’re anxious about what’s going to happen. You miss having your best friend in your relationship.
Trust is crumbling, and your heart is hurting. When you and your partner struggle, it brings up familiar pain from how you both grew up.
It’s almost more than you can take.
Let’s Hear Your Story
In my office, both of you can speak freely. I want to know more about your life.
Share the raw details.
I understand your heart feels tender. Your fears sit right at the surface.
I’m Here to Help
I’ll take the time to understand where you’re coming from.
In our sessions we’ll use the Gottman Method. I’ll slow conversations down on purpose, so we have the space to practice a new way of listening.
The point of your couples session is for both of you to feel seen and heard. You’ll have support from a therapist who cares. You’re not on your own.

Going Deeper
In sessions, we address relationship trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We’ll chat about the old things that keep coming up.
We work directly with the negative beliefs and the painful memories. The work moves toward feeling safe and secure in your relationship.
A new gratitude for your partner grows out of understanding so much more than you did before.
It’s Worth It
Your relationship matters to you, and it matters to me.
Knowing you can rebuild trust gives you hope. You’re motivated to move forward and re-experience the spark with your partner.
A renewed relationship begins with a phone call: (208) 768-1454.
Ask for the free 15-minute consultation, and we’ll discuss what your relationship needs.
Take the Next Step
Chances are you’ve been waiting a while to make this move.
The consultation is free, 15 minutes, by phone or video. We’ll get clear on what you want for this incredible life of yours and what it would take to have it, and you’ll come off that call with a straight answer about whether I’m the right person for the job.
